What is Water Cooling Tower?

Cooling towers are designed to work on principle of heat exchanges which permit water and air to  combine with each other to reduce the temperature of the hot water. The hot water is generated by air conditioning condensers or by industrial processes. Then this water is drives through the pipes straight into the cooling tower. The water cooling tower hooters are utilized to disperse water onto the fill media, which lowers the flow of water down and insulate the highest amount of water area  for  the best air water contact. The water is bring out as it flows all through the cooling tower. The cooling tower fan is used to pulled air.

When water and air reconcile a little volume of water evaporates which shows a cooling action. The cold water moved back to appliances which absorbs heat. This process will be continue to cool down the heated condensers. Water cooling tower a heat rejection device which exclude waste heat into the atmosphere by the cooling of water stream t reduce temperature. Cooling towers may use vaporization of water to take away heat and cool down the working fluid near the wet bulb air temperature or in case of closed circuit dry cooling towers, it completely depends on air to get cool the working fluid near the dry bulb air temperature.

Common application contain cooling circulating water used in oil refineries , petrochemical and other chemical plants , thermal power stations and HVAC systems for cooling buildings. There are mainly two types of water cooling tower whose classification is  completely based on natural draft and induced draft cooling towers. They are basically differ in size from tiny roof top units to very large hyperboloid structures . A tall hyperboloid structures cooling towers connect with nuclear power plants and can also used in plants with coal fired plants. Though these kind of tall towers are very remarkable, a major cooling towers are much smaller containing number of units placed on or near to buildings in order to release heat from air conditioning.

Benefits of Steel Almirah

An almirah is a closed cabinet containing number of shelves as per our need, used to store various kinds of items. Usually it is made up of wood , steel, plastic, synthetic material. It can be also called as closet , cabinet , trunk , container, cupboard ,drawer etc. These can be buy from market or online through steel almirah manufacturers. In olden times, steel almirah were used but they are not popular ,stylish. So people never spent amount on buying steel almirah. They meant to store things only. Almirah made up of steel /iron / plastic are usually in office and factories while wooden almirah can be seen more in homes. Steel almirah are made to avoid reactions and provide extra safety to users. But now-a-days scenario is totally changes, people spends a handsome amount to their cabinets especially they customise their almirah as per room colour , size and latest trends. Well mostly buy ready-made almirah and fix it to wall. These products are recognized for their durability, ...

Advantages of Seamless Pipe

Seamless pipes are developed in measurement from 1/8 to 36” nominal. These pipe has no length ways weld in comparison with ERW pipe. In simpler words, the seamless pipe is fabricated by penetrating a round billet lay down a void seamless pipe. They are manufactured from high grade mild steel. These pipes are leakage proof , durable , resistant to corrosion and chemical. There are two ways to fabricating a seamless pipe - Hot Rotary Piercing Method It is most common way of manufacturing a seamless pipe. In this process hot billets are enforced by rotating heavy rollers over a mandrel plug. The mandrel plug make the hole from one side of seamless cylindrical billets. Extrusion Process Method   In this process, hot billets of metal are created into seamless pipe by enforce the billets by extrusion dies and above a forming mandrel. Extrusion process seamless manufacturing These pipes undergoes by many finishing operations like straightening , inspection , hydro testing and im...

UPVC Windows Or Wooden Ones - Which Is Better?

Which type of windows are superior for any home, office or building usually seems like a tough decision. When we make a comparability in between UPVC and wood, number of factors comes into consideration which will be helpful in the decision making and both the options have certain pros and cons. UPVC Windows Pros : UPVC stands for “un-plasticised polyvinyl chloride” and is a kind of plastic material. The prime benefit of UPVC windows is its resilience. As compared to other materials ,UV coating and double glazed material used in it makes them last longer. Commonly, UPVC windows last for around 25 year before they needs a substitution. Another important advantage id its maintenance. It is a low maintenance product. It will not need any kind of renovation to dealt with fading of UV coating. UPVC windows are properly sheathe, which protects the house and keep it hot throughout winters or cool during summer, and thus minimise electricity bills. It is made from recycled PVC and thus...
